According to the requirements of the owner, Zhenjiang International Company conducted a comprehensive on-site survey of the office building, and made relevant reconstruction plans according to the relevant architectural drawings provided by the French landlord。Since the Consular Section is a leased building, the renovation plan is designed in accordance with the principles of "practical, economical and beautiful"。

First of all, it is necessary to improve the office environment of the Consular Section and meet the needs of the daily work functions of the Consular Section。Under the existing conditions of the building, rearrange the functional space combination, rationally plan the flow direction, clarify the flow guide, and improve the work efficiency;

Secondly, fully consider the time factor of leasing, reasonable transformation, easy to restore, in order to reduce the cost of return and recovery, and save costs。Try not to damage the original building, and if necessary, do a good job of protective demolition。For example, after the inner courtyard was transformed into a waiting room, the floor was left empty after the protective removal of the flower terrace in the courtyard, and the original ground had obvious slope, which was not suitable for the use of indoor space.
